Why make wine?
The Value
You can craft winery-quality wine using estate brewing techniques for a fraction of what you would spend on similar store-bought wine from an Estevan liquor store.
It’s fun!
Socialize with other winemakers while you bottle your wine at our on-premise locations* or craft your wine at home with a group of friends. You’ll meet new people, share your passion, and quickly realize why this has been a popular pastime for decades. Whether you're using wine and beer kits or sharing tips with fellow enthusiasts, the experience is always rewarding.
The Convenience
Have a cellar full of wine for every occasion and food pairing right at your fingertips. No more last-minute trips to the liquor store in Estevan!

How it’s done: 5 easy steps to making your wine at our estate brewing facility.
Visit us at our Estevan liquor store. We’ll help you choose the wine and beer kits that are right for you. Start your wine by sprinkling the yeast into the juice to initiate the fermentation process. We handle the rest of the winemaking process.
Come back and bottle your wine when it is ready – about 4 to 8 weeks later. You’ll have about 28-30 bottles of your own wine. Enjoy a glass from your personal wine rack, not just from the liquor store Estevan.

Do: Store your wine upright for the first 3 to 5 days. After that, store your wine on its side to keep the cork moist. It's important to keep your wine in a cool, dark place, similar to what you'd find at an Estevan liquor store, where the temperature is CONSISTENT. Bright light, movement, and temperature fluctuations can negatively affect the quality of your wine. If you're looking for wine and beer kits, consider checking out estate brewing options for a unique experience. Do Not: Do not constantly turn your wine. Red wines may sometimes dust (leave residue on the inside of the bottle), which is normal. Simply decant your wine. Avoid storing your wine directly on a cement floor; instead, put a thick piece of wood under your wine storage boxes. Additionally, do not store your wine on heated floors, as this can compromise its quality.
There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about us. We hope you enjoy our site and take a moment to drop us a line.
